JORDAN COHEN

Parisian, 34 years old, and passionate about the bar industry, I started my career at 17.

While working in various establishments in Paris, I became head bartender at Mama Shelter and continued my experience in London to broaden my skills.

Returning to Paris, I co-founded "Le Bar Paris," a high-end mobile bar company.
I continued my journey abroad, working as a bar manager in Miami for the Mister Hospitality group (Marion, El Tucán, and Baoli).

Subsequently, I managed prestigious bars such as Royal Monceau and JK Place, specializing in conceptual menus and surprising pairings.

In 2021, back on my beloved island, I took over the management of the "Rainbow Café" for 2 years, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of the Saint-Martin market.

Today, with Brice Decaux, I co-founded "JC Bar Company."

BRICE DECAUX

A Parisian bartender and passionate about the art of bartending from a young age, I inherited my love for gastronomy from my family.

 

This year, I am celebrating two decades of bartending around the world, having had the opportunity to work in prestigious establishments such as Hôtel Crillon in Paris, Roadhouse in London, Mahiki in Dubai, and the Orphanage in Cape Town, South Africa.

 

Eager to learn more, I enriched my cocktail culture by specializing in Tiki cocktails and rum.

 

After managing bars in Saint-Martin, notably at Coco Beach, Mimosa Sky Lounge, and Rainbow Café, I also developed a solid understanding of the Saint-Martin market.

 

Today, with Jordan Cohen, I co-founded "JC Bar Company."
